Instruction of valuer
We will underwrite an application and instruct our valuer within 24 hours of receipt of above. Within 48 hours of receipt of an acceptable valuation report an offer will be issued.

Issue of offer
At the same time we issue an offer to the applicant (together with a copy of the valuer's report), we also send copies to yourselves, to the applicants' solicitor and our own solicitor, instructing ours on the same day in order to ensure the legal process commences immediately.

Buildings insurance
In the event that the reinstatement value stated in the valuation is higher than the amount of cover stated in the application form, we will notify you when sending out the offer so this can be brought to the client's attention at an early stage and increasing the buildings sum insured will not hold up completion. We also remind the client of this ourselves when sending the offer.
