In addition to receiving the award for "Best Lender for Lifetime Mortgages 2008 " from What Mortgage Magazine earlier this year, New Life has now been awarded "Best Lifetime Mortgage Provider 2009" by Mortgage Finance Gazette, both of which are independently judged by Defaqto.

Changes to New Life’s product range (effected Friday 4 December 2009)
Due to unexpectedly high demand New Life has regrettably temporarily withdrawn its Landlord Loan, Holiday Home Loan and Second Home Lifetime Mortgage products. It is planned to launch a new range of products in the New Year.
